The house is located on the ground floor of a small building just on the sandy beach of Balestrate: an amazing position for living an unforgettable Sicilian holiday on the sea. The apartment is about 55 square meters, is completely renovated in 2016 and is furnished in modern and minimal style with brand new fornitures. The strength of the house is the private terrace with sea view and direct access to the sandy beach of Balestrate, ideal for families and small groups who want enjoy clear Sicilian sea. The terrace is furnished with umbrella, table and chairs for outdoor dining; chaise-longues and hammock for sunbathing in total relaxation; corner bar with LED lighting for romantic aperitifs and drinks at sunset; outdoor shower (with hot water) to cool the return from the sea.
