The house has a large garden with a BBQ area and toys for children. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a living room with fireplace. Villa dei Limoni is the perfect place for a dream vacation! The strong point is the large garden where you can spend pleasant moments of relaxation, for example reading a book in the shade of the trees, enjoying the delicious fruits of the trees that can be picked directly from the branches, making a barbecue and organizing unforgettable lunches and dinners outdoors or on the porch. Inside, the house is very comfortable and the spaces are well organized to guarantee guests their privacy and at the same time to spend happy moments of family or group sharing. The heart of the house is the large living room with sofa area, fireplace and TV, open space kitchen area and dining table. Behind the open space kitchen there is a second kitchen fully equipped (dishwashes included). The very high ceiling and the presence of numerous windows guarantee this environment great brightness, ventilation and freshness on hot summer days. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with cot, a bedroom with a sofa bed (on request we can also add a small pouf-bed ideal for a child), a bathroom with shower, a third en-suite bedroom with two single beds. On the first floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace overlooking the lush countryside of Trapani. The house is equipped with parking inside the property, Wi-Fi, heating for those who come in winter (€50,00 per day for using heating). Villa dei Limoni is rented for the exclusive use of a group of guests by each booking (not sharing with strangers). An outdoor area has been reserved for children with some toys such as swing, slide, playhouse and others. The car is necessary for getting around. IIn winter, the use of heating is allowed at a cost of € 50.00 per day.
