Access to the sea is not particularly easy, recommended for people in full physical condition and with experience. A few meters from the house there is a public bathing facility with a platform for easy access to the sea, which we recommend to our guests (Ippocampo Beach). The interior of Villa Smeraldo is elegant, spacious and bright, definitely comfortable for 8 people. When entering home, you have the feeling of being on a ship, thanks to the presence of many windows that give guests the opportunity to see the sea from every corner of the house. The entrance leads to the large living room with fireplace, sofas, dining area and large windows from which you will admire the intense blue of the sea. Closeby the living room there is the beautiful kitchen, equipped with everything to cook comfortably while looking at the sea. On the ground floor there are also two double bedrooms with air conditioning and a bathroom with bathtub. A large staircase leads to the first floor where there is another small living room with TV and sofas, two double bedrooms both with private bathroom (shower) and sea view.
